methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure online server.
We are also more than happy to accept any major credit card through Paypal.
Australian residents only may pay by money orders from the post office,
well concealed cash, or direct deposit into our bank account. Sorry but
we no longer accept personal cheques.
Money order/cash and
direct deposit payments must be received within 5 business days of purchase,
or your order will be cancelled.

Is
shopping online with my credit card safe?
Yes. StarPosters.com.au specifically chose WorldPay as our credit card
processing company. Why? Because WorldPay, uses industry standard 128-bit
SSL encryption at the browser and Thawte 2048 bit encryption on their
system. WorldPay is part of the second biggest bank in Europe, The Royal
Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world. WorldPay
is also used by over 15,000 merchants worldwide, including some of the
largest eCommerce sites.

How
are your posters and photos packed?
All our posters are carefully rolled into plastic sleeves, then placed
into sturdy mailing tubes before posting. This ensures that they arrive
in perfect showroom condition. We make sure our posters reach you how
we would like posters we buy to reach us.
Our photos are all
inserted into clear plastic sleeves with a cardboard backing, and posted
in a tough mailing bag for cushioning during transit. We clearly mark
each package as containing a photo with the words Do Not Bend,
so that they are not accidentaly bent by the post office.

How
long will delivery be?
Delivery within Australia is approximately 2-3 working days. Delivery
overseas takes approximately 7-10 working days. All of our items are usually
shipped out within 24 hours.

What
happens if my item/s arrives damaged?
If you are unhappy with your purchase due to damage, or an incorrectly
filled order, we will immediately reship a replacement out to you upon
receiving the original items returned. If you would like we are also happy
to provide a full refund. Your satisfaction is paramount to us. We are
not happy until you are!

What
is a 'door' poster?
Door posters are extra long posters that are over 1.5m in height. These
special posters look great anywhere, but especially on bedroom doors,
hence the name.

me about your finishing options.
We offer several high quality finishing services that not only enhance
the appearance but also make your posters and photos last almost forever.

options to international customers.

Can
I request a particular poster?
Sure! If there is a particular artist or movie which you would like us
to stock, please feel free to contact
us and we will try our best to get it in.

Yesterday
I saw a poster I wanted to buy, but today it is not there. What happened?
As we try to keep up with the trends, our stock is likely to change on
an almost daily basis. A poster or photo that is there today, may be sold
out tomorrow. And as we do not list our sold out items online that is
why you will not see it on our site until we restock.

When
do you restock sold out items?
New stock may come in within a week, or sometimes even up to a month.
Some products are on a limited print run or are discontinued, which means
that they will not be restocked at all. We recommend that if you see a
poster you must have, get it now, otherwise it may not be there next time!

Can
you mail me a printed catalogue?
We do not make a printed catalogue available due to the fact that our
stock changes so fast, the catalogue would be out of date by the time
it printed.
